探讨三亚地区既有铁路改造利用方案

研究目的：海南西环线提速改造工程新建新三亚站至红塘段线路后，三亚站至红塘段既有线路已经闲置。而该段线路沿海岸线深入三亚市区中心，沿线分布着南山寺、天涯海角等众多著名旅游景点，客流集中，线位优势明显。因此，研究已经闲置的既有线路有效利用方案，解决其对城市干扰，是各方迫切需要研究的课题。研究结论：通过对既有线现状分析，充分利用线位资源，将其改扩建为城市轻轨，并且研究灵活适用的运输组织方案，从而从技术上解决了三亚市区段既有线路利用问题。研究结果表明，改扩建为城市轨道交通方案达到既充分利用既有铁路资源，又可为城市开辟新的旅游通道，也可以满足主辅城区市民通勤的公交需求，达到社会综合交通能力最大化、环保化的目的。

Discussion on the Reformation Utilization Scheme of Existing Railway in Sanya District
