应用模糊综合判断法评价直通运输实施条件

研究目的:实施国铁和企业之间的直通运输,可以实现铁路运量的持续增长,但并不是所有的企业都适合开展直通运输。因此,需要建立一套评价体系综合评价企业开行直通运输的实施条件,以决策企业是否适于开展直通运输。研究结论:对于企业是否宜于推行直通运输,可以采用模糊综合判断法进行分析研究。根据有关影响因素建立评价因素集,结合实际情况建立评语集,再将由此建立模糊关系矩阵和各因素的权重集通过加权平均算子进行综合评价计算,最终得到决策结果。本文通过实例计算,证明综合模糊判断法能够为直通运输的实施与否提供较有效的决策依据。
