基于财务分析的城际铁路建设条件研究

研究目的:城际铁路在满足我国区域经济发展所产生的需求的同时也为区域一体化进程提供了强大的动力。城际铁路的建设与否、建设时间都直接关系到其自身运营的经济效益和在沿线产生的社会效益。而目前关于该方面的研究还较少,不能很好地指导我国城际铁路的规划、建设和运营。本文在大量查阅资料和理论分析的基础上,采用财务分析的手段,建立城际铁路运输收支平衡模型,探索城际铁路建设的客流密度条件,对我国东、中、西部地区的城际铁路的建设条件进行了研究。研究结论:城际铁路的建设条件应充分考虑东中西部在社会经济的差异对交通运输需求的影响,按照地区差异分别建立不同的建设条件。通过建立模型,得出东部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 600万人公里/公里;中部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 200万人公里/公里;西部地区的建设条件为:近期客流密度须达到1 000万人公里/公里。
