摘    要:在试验条件无法满足的情况下(室外温度比较低,分别为-40℃、-50℃和-60℃),通过Fluent软件对KZ4AC型机车司机室加热系统的加热效率进行仿真计算。建立了KZ4AC型机车司机室物理模型及数学模型,运用试验手段验证了模拟结果的可靠性,为电力机车司机室加热系统的设计提供新的验证方法。结果表明:当室外温度分别为-40℃、-50℃、-60℃时,司机室温度达到要求所需加热时间分别为28 min、35 min和42 min,均满足标准要求。

Abstract:In the case of outdoor temperature is very low(-40 ℃,-50 ℃and-60 ℃) with which the laboratory could not meet,the Fluent software is used to simulate type KZ4AC locomotive cab heating system efficiency.Physical and mathematical models of type KZ4AC locomotive cab are set up.A new authentication method is designed for the electric locomotive cab heating system.the experiment results and the calculated results are in reasonable agreement.The results shows that when the outdoor temperature is-40 ℃,-50 ℃ and-60 ℃,the cab heating system uses 28 minutes,35 minutes and 42 minutes to reach the required temperature,and the three conditions are all meeting the standards.
