HXD1型机车扫石器支架的优化设计

摘    要:文章介绍了当前大秦线路上运营的HXD1型机车扫石器支架出现局部疲劳裂纹的情况,并对其产生的原因进行了分析.在分析的基础上提出了优化方案,进行有限元分析,分析结果表明优化后结构强度大于原结构.动力学试验结果表明改进设计的支架动力学性能明显优于原支架,能够满足大秦线重载运输要求.

Abstract:This paper presents the case that fatigue crack of stone sweeper plate produces in type HXD1 locomotive which are running on Da-Qin Line and analyzes its causes.The optimized design is presented and the finite element analysis results show that the optimized structure is stronger than the original structure.The dynamic test results show that the improve the design plate are better performance than the original plate,and it can meet the Da-Qin Line of heavy transport requirements.
