摘    要:介绍了整体式、分瓣式橡胶关节的结构特点及相关的生产工艺,利用有限元分析软件对分瓣式结构橡胶型面进行优化,同时对两种结构的刚度及应力情况进行了分析,将分析结果和试验结果进行比较。结果表明:有限元技术可以预测出不同结构橡胶关节产品的刚度特性,指导产品设计。

Abstract:Structural characteristics of integrated and multi-blade rubber bushing and its relevant production technology are presented.Structure of multi-blade rubber bushing is optimized by using FEA software.Stiffness and stress of two types of rubber bushing are analyzed as well.It’s shown that the finite element analysis can predict stiffness characteristics of the different types of rubber bushing and direct the structure design of product by contrasting to the results of analysis and experiment.
