中低速磁浮列车制动闸片热容量仿真分析

摘    要:为研究中低速磁浮列车制动闸片在极端工况下的温升表现,文章对列车制动过程中与制动闸片热容量相关的物理参数进行了系统的阐述,并基于有限元数值模拟的方法进行瞬态温度场仿真分析,得到了全线路常用制动和紧急制动工况下的制动闸片温升性能。

Abstract:In order to study the temperature rise performance of the brake shoe of medium-low speed maglev train under extreme working condition,the physical parameters related to the thermal capacity of brake shoes in the train braking process are systematically described.Based on the FEM numerical simulation method,the transient temperature field simulation analysis is carried out,and the temperature rise performance of the brake shoe under common braking and emergency braking conditions is obtained.
