双源制电力牵引调车机车的研发

摘    要:根据“国家十二五规划纲要”指导思想和《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》要求,文章就基于供电网受电式和蓄电池储电式的双电源制“电-电”混合动力调车机车的技术特点进行分析,与目前柴油机作为动力的调车机车相比,双源制电力牵引调车机车具有绿色、环保、节能的明显技术优势,符合国家建设资源节约型社会的要求.

Abstract:According to the requirements and guideline of National 12th Five-Year Plan Outline and National Medium-and-Long-Term Technological Development Plan(2006-2020),this article analyses the technical characteristics of power-supply network and battery hybrid electric shunting locomotive.Compared with diesel shunting locomotive,dual power electric shunting locomotives processes the advantages of zero pollution and high energy efficiency thus meets the requirements of building an energy efficient society.
