基于ANSYS的天线安装支座的优化设计

摘    要:根据新加坡地铁工程维护车转向架的接口尺寸与载荷工况,设计了一种天线安装支座,并用ANSYS软件对其进行了强度分析.根据有限元分析结果,对方案进行了优化设计,计算结果表明新结构的强度满足设计要求.

Abstract:According to the interface dimensions and load states of bogie of Singapore metro maintenance locomotive,a antenna mounting support is designed,which is analysed by ANSYS software.The structure of antenna mounting support is optimized.The results of calculation indicate the new structure can meet the design requirement.
