中低速磁悬浮列车制动热容量试验研究

摘    要:针对中低速磁浮列车制动热容量研究,通过线路试验,采集列车实施紧急制动、快速制动和常用制动过程中制动闸片的温度数据,并对试验结果进行分析,为制动闸片有限元分析提供依据。试验中制动闸片的最高温度为392.6℃,小于最高允许温度600℃,证明制动闸片符合设计要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the research on braking heat capacity of mid-low speed maglev train,the temperature data of the brake pads during emergency braking,fast braking and service braking process are collected through line test.The test results are analyzed to provide the basis for the finite element analysis of the brake pads.The maximum temperature of the brake pads in the test is 392.6℃,which is less than the maximum allowable temperature 600℃.It is proved that the brake pads meet the design requirements.
