动车组涡流制动系统仿真研究

摘    要:提出了一种适用于动车组的线性轨道涡流制动系统方案,分析其动作机理,并建立了数学模型。根据涡流制动系统的控制原理,结合动车组制动时再生制动、涡流制动以及空气制动的分配关系,运用MATLAB软件建立涡流制动系统仿真模型,分析了励磁电流和气隙对涡流制动力的影响。通过仿真分析得出合适的励磁电流与气隙值,为涡流制动系统在动车组上的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper presents a linear track eddy current braking system scheme that suitable for EMUs.The action mechanism is analyzed,and the mathematical model is established for the eddy current braking system.According to the control principle of eddy current braking system,combining the distribution relationship of regenerative braking,eddy current braking and air braking during the braking of EMUs,the simulation model of eddy current braking system is established by MATLAB software.The effect of excitation current and air gap against eddy current braking force is obtained.Through simulation analysis,the appropriate excitation current and air gap value are obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the application of eddy current braking system on EMUs.
