城市轨道交通工程总体筹划方案研究

在城市轨道交通工程建设中，总体筹划作为工程设计的组成部分，越来越受到业主和主管部门的重视，也是顺利开展工程建设的有效保障。工程总体筹划主要包括工期和计划进度安排、大型临时工程设置方案、施工招标方案的制定、施工方法的选择4个方面。此文以北京轨道交通大兴线工程为例，针对这4个方面进行详细论述，并结合已确定的主要工程进度指标，重点论述施工招标标段的划分及施工方法的选择。

Research on the Overall Planning Scheme for Urban Rail Transit Engineering

Project overall planning mainly includes the time limit for a project and schedule arrangement, large temporary works setting scheme, formulation of construction bidding scheme, the selection of the construction method four aspects. Taking Beijing metro line building engineering for example, the four aspects is discussed in detail and discusses the division of construction bidding bid lots and the selection of construction methods combined with the identified main progress index.
