| 摘 要： | BT模式可以有效缓解政府的资金压力、转变政府职能,同时又能为企业开辟新的投资渠道,推动产融结合,对城市轨道交通项目的快速发展贡献巨大。此文以基于BT模式的城市轨道交通项目的融资问题为切入点,从融资渠道、资金结构、资金成本几个方面对BT模式的应用作出详尽分析,并指出BT模式有待完善的问题并给出相关建议。
