摘    要:铁路工程EPC项目包括设计、采购、施工和试运行直至竣工移交的全套服务,建设周期长,不可预见风险多,其中费用风险就是承包合同中的一种主要风险。如何在签订工程总承包合同前充分识别存在的各种风险因素,并进行评价,此文以满洲里国际货场铁路工程EPC项目为例,进行分析与研究,并针对识别出的各类风险因素和评价,提出进行管理和控制的应对措施。

Discussion of The Manchurian International Freight Yard Railway EPC Project Contract Risk Management
Abstract:Railway engineering EPC project including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and the completion of a full range of services. It has long construction period and more unpredictable risks. The cost risk is a major risk in the contract. How to identify and evaluate various risk factors before signing the engineering general contracting contract is important. Taking Manchurian international freight yard railway engineering EPC project as an example in this article, the management and control measures are put forward aiming to identified all kinds of risk factors and evaluation .
