| 摘 要： | 以轨道交通发达区域的典型工程实例为对象,分析指出其成功的原因在于因地制宜地将一体化开发理念贯穿于轨道交通从规划到土地利用及建设完工的全过程。进一步针对北京轨道交通房山线自身特点,深入分析其沿线区域特征及一体化开发背景,阐述如何将一体化理念运用到具体工程实践中。

| Abstract: | A typical case of developed urban rail traffic area has been introduced in this paper,pointed out that its success lies in the application of ingegration exploitation in the plan of urban rail traffic and land utiuzation according to circum circumstances stances.In this paper,based on its own characteristics of Fangshan Line in Bei jing Metro,analysed the features of nearby regions along the line and integration background in-depth,explained how to apply integration exploitation to specific project pratice. |
