结合某铁路建设工程实例,从项目前期、工程设计等不同阶段投资控制存在的问题入手,提出限额设计、加强细部分析等有效投资控制的措施和方法;并提出在实际工作中还应该加强主动控制与被动控制的科学结合,从而保证项目投资的有效控制.

Effective Control Measures and Approaches at Different Stages of Investment in Railway Projects

In reference to one railway construction project,this paper analyzes the problems in the investment control at the prior period of the project,the quota design,and the project design.Then this paper proposes the measures to effectively control the investment,such as the quota design and improved analysis of the detail.Furthermore,this paper also suggests that the active control and the passive control should be scientifically combined to ensure the effective control of the investment.
