| 摘 要： | 分析了推行铁路隧道施工标准化管理的必要性,提出推行隧道施工标准化管理的"四化"手段,即专业化——以架子队管理模式组建专业化施工队伍,机械化——以配套设备的"管、用、养、算"实现机械化管理,工厂化——以"五固定"模式实现集约化、工厂化生产,信息化——以信息化建设推动施工现场的可视化管理、预警管理,并针对"四化"手段的具体做法进行详细的分析和介绍,同时以工程实例说明"四化"手段的效果明显,可以推广应用。
