| 摘 要： | 在当今激烈竞争的建筑市场环境下,特别是新的建设工程工程量清单计价规范实施后,企业定额是施工企业进行投标报价和内部成本控制的一个重要依据和标准。此文研究了企业定额的重要作用及其发展面临的问题,从战略发展的角度分析大型施工企业建立企业定额的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Under today's competitive construction market environment,especially after the implementation of new engineering construction projects bill of quantity norm,unit quota is am important basis and standard of bidding and internal cost control for construction enterprises.This paper researched the important role and facing problems of unit quota and analyzed the important significance of establishing unit quota in strategic development point of view for large-scale construction enterprises. |
