| 摘 要： | 结合当前已建成或在建高速铁路和客运专线铁路建设项目实际，依据铁路概（预）算编制办法的相关规定，从宏观和微观两个层面剖析铁路工程造价的组成及确定问题。采用数理统计的方法，调整、计算了较为合理的综合工程造价指标和专业单项工程造价指标，从设计标准和工程措施的差异方面论证了指标的合理性，为设计、咨询和项目决策人员提供参考和借鉴。
