摘    要:根据《铁路基本建设工程设计概(预)算编制办法》风沙地区施工增加费的相关规定,大风高发月风力及其累计时间达到标准规定的数值时,可根据调查资料另行分析计算相关费用。为研究不同风力条件下施工降效程度,合理确定施工增加费提供数据支撑,以西北地区某新建铁路工程为依托,通过对现场风力监测,以及不同风力条件下各施工工序人工和机械消耗量现场测定,研究分析施工降效程度和增加的费用。可为其他项目风沙施工增加费的分析提供技术参考。

Abstract:In accordance with the additional charge stipulation in wind-sand region of the Compiling Method on Railway Capital Construction Projects in Design Preliminary Estimation and Estimation Phases,the correlative charges can be calculated separately according to the investigation data when the monthly high wind force and its cumulative time reach the standard value. To study the degree of construction efficiency under different wind conditions and provide data support for confirming the construction cost rationally,this paper researches and analyzes the degree of efficiency decrease induced construction and the accrued fees. A new-built railway in northwest China data is selected to monitor the on-site wind force and the measurement of manual and mechanical consumption of each construction process under different wind conditions,which could provide technical reference for analyzing additional charge for construction in other wind-sand projects.
