| Abstract: | After briefing on the development of the tendering business of railway capital construction market and the general conditions of railway tangible construction market, the paper expresses the view that it is the only road the development of railway tenders must take to establish opened markets, implement on - line transactions, increase transaction efficiency, and improve supervision and assurance mechanism. |
