铁路工程前期筹划及施工阶段的成本管理

针对当前铁路工程施工工期紧、任务重、施工过程复杂多变的情况,结合施工单位管理状况,提出在项目成本管理的4个重要阶段,要加强项目的前期筹划,加强成本的过程管理,在竣工决算阶段加强索赔工作,并在综合评估阶段进一步加强考核工作。施工单位只有做好这4个阶段的成本管理,方能实现企业效益最大化的目标。
