Analysis of cost control over railway communication engineering projects

This article, based on the management experience project, makes an introduction on 10 ways of of the Ning - Qi railway communication engineering strengthening cost control of railway communication projects, viz. cost management being people orientated; opening up market and tapping the potential from the outside to improve integral effects; earnestly making drawings review, putting forward reasonable proposals with scientific basis, and trying to get the consent of customers and designers; optimizing project construction organization design and resources distribution; adopting dynamic control; exercising control of project direct cost; exercising control of project indirect cost; strengthening quality control and exercising control of engineering quality cost; promoting safety management ＆ controlling the impacts of safety accidents on engineering cost; and bettering contract management ＆ doing a good job of budget adjustment and claims making
