工程量清单管理对工程质量控制的影响

工程量清单管理已是目前招标和施工阶段的主要合同管理形式，在诸多方面都有其显著的优越性。但任何一种合同管理形式不可能都是尽善尽美、毫无瑕疵的，通过施工实践，我们发现工程量清单的计量规则制定的科学、合理与否，对施工过程中工程质量的控制有着一定的影响。研究分析这种影响因素，可为进一步科学、合理地制订计量规则提供借鉴，从而防范其在施工过程中对工程质量控制产生不良影响。

Impacts of bill of quantity management on engineering quality control

Bill of quantity management is the main type of contractual management in the phases of invitation to bid and construction, having conspicuous advantages in many aspects. However, none of the contract types are perfect and flawless. Through construction practice, it has been found whether the measurement regu- lations of the bill of quantities are scientifically and reasonably formulated has a certain bearing upon the engineering quality control in course of construction. Studying and analyzing this influencing factor can provide reference to rationally and scientifically laying down the measurement regulations to prevent it from creating ill effects on the engineering quality during construction.
