铁路T型梁横向预应力联结施工技术

摘    要:随着我国铁路的全面提速,对铁路施工质量的要求也越来越高,而铁路桥梁施工是难点。原有铁路T型梁横向钢筋采用焊接法联结,刚度和稳定性较差,为满足铁路干线提速的需要,铁路桥梁施工工艺、施工技术也在不断发展和更新。此文结合胶新铁路的施工实践,简要介绍铁路T型桥梁横向预应力联结采用轨道平车组配套梁下吊篮的施工工艺原理、流程及施工注意事项,为同类工程施工积累经验。

Abstract:Along with the all - round speed up of the railways in our country, demands have become increasingly high on the quality of railway construction. Then, construction of railway bridges is a difficult point. Transverse steel bars of existing railway T - beams were weld - connected, resulting in poor rigidity and stability. To meet the need of speed increase on railway trunk lines, construction technology and construction techniques of railway bridges are also being incessantly developed and updated. This article, combined with the construction practice of the Jiao - Xin railway, briefly introduces that the transverse prestress connection of railway T - beams was achieved by observing the construction precaution, the rationale and process of construction technology with rail flat wagon set complementary to beneath - the - beam cradle, which has accumulated experience for similar projects in the future.
