工程造价信息网站建设现状与发展方向

随着信息技术、计算机和网络技术的发展与普及，各行业和地方工程造价管理部门都建立起工程造价信息网站，发布工程造价信息，为确定和控制工程造价起到重要作用。但由于各行业和地方所处区域位置、环境和发展条件的不同，各工程造价信息网站的内容和建设管理模式也存在差异，此文归纳总结当前工程造价信息网站的建设现状，并根据当前的计算机和网络技术条件及工程建设的需要，分析现有工程造价信息网站建设的不足，提出工程造价信息网站的发展方向，即从统一化、交互化、智能化及实时化4个方面完善和深化建站功能和内容，使其更好地为工程建设服务。

With the development and popularization of kinds of information technology, computer and network technology, each industry and local engineering cost management departments set up the project cost informa- tion website and release the project cost information which play an important role to determine and control the project cost. As the result of various industries and local has different location, environment and development conditions, the contents and construction management modes of engineering cost websites are different. This paper summarizes the current engineering cost information website construction situation. According to the current situation of the computer and network technology conditions and the needs of the engineering construction, this paper analyzes the shortage of the existing engineering cost website construction, and puts forward the project cost information website development direction, that is, from unification, mutualization, intellectualization and real-time four aspects to improve and deepen the site function and content to make it provide better service for engineering construction.
