车辆编组对区间隧道活塞风设计的影响

摘    要:对天津地铁原设计采用车辆"小编组、大密度"运营,近两年高峰时段不能满足客运要求的实际,提出将6节编组改为8节编组,由此增加区间隧道内散热量,对此进行论述与分析。分析与计算表明,6节改8节编组后,若将区间隧道温度仍控制在规定的40℃内,需将车站内的活塞风道、活塞风孔、风阀及活塞风井扩大至原面积的4/3倍,或增加1/3的通风量,同时引起机房宽度的增加,此项土建费用每个标准站将增加约200万元。

Abstract:The original design of the Tianjin metro vehicle used the operation mode of "small grouping, big density". However, the mode cant meet the actual requirements of the peak time passenger transportation in nearly two years. Then the 6 section grouping is changed as 8 section grouping which will increase the heat release in tunnel. Through analysis and computation, we find that if the tunnel temperature is controlled within 40℃, the areas of piston wind channel , piston wind duct holes, the wind valve and the piston wind Wells should be expanded 4/3 times, or add a third of the ventilation rate. At the same time, it will cause the increase of the width of the room. The construction cost increase of each standard station will increase by about 2 million.
