摘    要:施工企业因生产过程所具有的特性,使整合供应链过程显得十分复杂,为了赢得竞争优势需不断研究供应链。有些企业通过控制成本改进绩效,增加了客户价值,但一些大型施工企业或企业集团,却把注意力更多地放在整合企业采购和供应管理方面。此文通过阐述流程再造的概念及由来,流程再造的方法和内容,重点论述采购流程再造的必要性、采购模式、集中采购和约束条件,推荐大型施工企业优先采用集中采购,以达到控制成本的目的。

Discussion of Construction Enterprise Procurement Process Reengineering
Abstract:The characteristics of the construction enterprise in the production process make the integration of the supply chain process very complex.It needs to continuously research the supply chain in order to gain a competitive advantage.Some enterprises improve performance,increase customer value through the control cost,but some large-scale construction enterprises or enterprise groups pay more and more attention to the integration of enterprises purchase and supply management.This article presents the concept of process reengineering and the origin,the method and content of process re-engineering.This paper focuses on the necessity of the procurement process reengineering,the purchasing mode,centralized purchasing and constraints,recommends large-scale construction enterprise to give priority to the centralized purchasing in order to achieve the purpose of cost control.
