摘    要:对轮轨噪声问题国内外研究现状、无碴轨道噪声及其降噪措施进行了概述。为了对高速运营条件下的轮轨滚动噪声进行更详细描述和评价,通过对钢轨竖向振动的测量,间接得到轮轨有效不平顺度,再结合声压测量结果,根据有效不平顺度与声压间的简单关系得到不平顺度对声压的转换函数,合成有效不平顺度与转换函数的组合可用于任何列车速度、任何给定列车轨道系统的噪声辐射谱预测;将车辆噪声和轨道噪声分开进行评估量化,为从车辆与轨道两方面寻求有效控制和降低轮轨噪声的方法奠定基础。

Abstract:The paper summarized research on wheel/rail rolling noise home and abroad and measures against noise of non-ballasted track.Based on this,in order to take more detailed demonstration or evaluation for the rolling noise under the high speed condition,according to the relationship between effective roughness,which derived from indirect measurement of combined effective roughness through vertical vibration of rail,and sound pressure,the transfer function for effective roughness to sound pressure was deduced.With the addition of the combined effective roughness and transfer function gathered,the prediction of the noise emission spectrum was allowed at any train speed and for any given train and track.It would be practical to use quantities that characterize vehicle and track separately,and quantify the physical excitation,namely the surface roughness,and the transfer function from roughness to sound pressure.A foundation in quest of the efficient control of wheel/rail rolling noise from vehicle and track both aspects was established.
