不断轨剪力型动态轨道衡检测信号处理

摘    要:为了保证计量精度,使被称车辆的过衡速度不会受到很大限制,从分析检测信号入手,提出运用Hilbert- Huang变换对检测信号进行分析,采用基于经验模式分解(EMD)算法,利用MATLAB编程对检测信号进行分解,以最终分解后的残余相均值作为所求称重值.实例证明,采用该方法可大大提高动态轨道衡的计量精度和被称车辆的过衡速度.

Abstract:To ensure accuracy and make the speed limit of vehicle through the scale is not so great,through analysis of detect signal,the application of Hilbert-Huang transform to the signal analysis was proposed.Experience-based mode decomposition(EMD) algorithm was adopted for signal decomposition by MATLAB program,and then the mean of residual item after decomposition is presented as weigh value.The results show that measurement precision and the speed of weighing vehicle through the measurement area are both impro...
