高速磁浮梁轨分离式桥梁与轨道设计和创新

摘    要:常导高速磁浮交通正在向600 km/h运行速度迈进,可以填补高铁和航空运输之间的速度空白,但是常导高速磁浮交通现有技术采用梁?轨一体化的轨道梁结构,存在施工工艺复杂、轨道线形调整困难、经济成本高等诸多问题,难以满足600 km/h高速运行要求。通过借鉴高速铁路桥梁技术和中低速磁浮轨道技术的设计理念并进行系统创新,在国内外首次提出纵横梁式钢结构轨道板、纵横梁式混凝土轨道板、钢?混组合结构轨道板等3种不同形式的高速磁浮轨道结构,将轨道功能件从梁?轨一体的桥梁结构中分离出来形成可精调的轨道结构,并通过锚杆式扣件系统安装于预制架设整孔箱梁上,形成新型高速磁浮梁?轨分离式桥梁与轨道结构系统。该新型结构系统的强度、刚度、动力性能分析结果表明,可满足高速磁浮600 km/h运行速度要求。本研究对于常导高速磁浮的技术提升及推广应用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Routine conductivity high-speed maglev transit is moving towards 600 km/h,which can fill the speed gap between high-speed railway and air transportation.However,the existing technology of the high-speed maglev transit uses beam-track integrated track beam structure,which has many problems such as complicated construction technology,difficult adjustment of track alignment and high economic cost,and is difficult to meet the requirements of 600 km/h high-speed operation.By referring to the design concepts of the high-speed railway bridge technology and the medium and low speed maglev transit technology,as well as carrying out system innovation,three different types of high-speed maglev track structures,i.e.steel structure track slab in stringer–crossbeam system,concrete track slab in stringer–crossbeam system and steel-concrete composite structure track slab,were put forward to separate rail functions from the beam-rail integrated bridge structure to form the adjustable track structure.By installing the track slabs on the prefabricated single box girder through the bolt fastener system,a new type of high-speed maglev beam-track separated bridge and track structure system was formed.The analysis results of strength,stiffness and dynamic performance of the new structure system show that it can meet the operating speed requirement of high-speed maglev at 600 km/h.This research is of great significance to technical improvement and popularization of normal conductivity high-speed maglev.
