摘    要:为研究隧道活塞风对地铁屏蔽门的影响,通过分析活塞风形成机理,构建两车、两车站、三区间隧道的地铁隧道模型,利用滑移网格技术仿真模拟列车在隧道运行时引起的活塞风速度与压力,并提取所研究车站屏蔽门区域所受活塞风的压力值。通过对屏蔽门进行静力学分析,利用屏蔽门所受最大阻力来衡量屏蔽门开关能力。将仿真结果与南宁地铁1号线的实际故障进行对比分析,研究不同工况下活塞风对屏蔽门的影响。研究结果表明:所建仿真模型有效、合理,屏蔽门所受最大风压受列车运行速度、屏蔽门位置及风井布置模式的综合影响。研究成果可为屏蔽门故障诊断和智能运维提供理论参考。

Abstract:The subway tunnel model of two-train, two-station and three-tunnel was established by analyzing the forming mechanism of piston wind in this paper. The velocity and pressure of piston wind caused by running train in the tunnel were simulated by sliding mesh technology. The pressure value of piston wind in the platform screen door(PSD) area of the station was extracted. Through the static analysis of the PSD, the capacity of closing and opening door was measured by the maximum resistance of the PSD. The simulation results were compared with the actual fault of Nanning metro line 1, which showed that the simulation model was effective and reasonable. Finally, the influence of piston wind on PSD was studied under different working conditions. The results show that the maximum wind pressure of PSD is affected by the train speed, the position of PSD and the wind shaft layout mode, which provides a theoretical reference for the fault diagnosis and intelligent maintenance of PSD.
