高速客运专线建设条件分析

摘    要:介绍了世界部分国家高速铁路的建设、运营和发展概况,分析了城市间距、人口密度、运输能力需求这3个影响高速铁路建设的主要因素,得出当城市间距在180~945 km之间、人口密度超过4 000人/km2、旅客运输能力需求较高3个条件下,适宜建设高速客运专线。通过与国外高速铁路建设经验的比较,结果表明,武汉至广州、上海到南京、郑州到西安等线已经具备建设高速客运专线的基本条件。

Abstract:This paper reviews the construction,operation and development of high-speed rail lines around the world.Based on the international experiences,it is found that three factors such as the city distance,population density and the passenger transportation capacity have important affects on the construction of the high-speed railways.A comparison has made with detailed analysis that it is appropriate to construct the high-speed railways among city pairs with distance between 180 km and 945 km,population density of 4 000 person/km~2 or more and high transportation demand.Finally,the paper confirms the feasibility of Wuchang-Guangzhou,Shanghai-Nanjing and Zhengzhou-Xi'an rail lines.
