高速不锈钢车体结构设计

摘    要:基于不锈钢材料强度高、无涂装、免维修、耐腐蚀能力强及使用寿命长,但只适宜采用点焊工艺的特点,研究了高速不锈钢车体结构设计的关键问题是骨架连接接头的设计和侧墙外板的优化。参考日本轻型不锈钢车辆的技术设计了高速不锈钢车体结构,车体骨架的连接采用通用型连接接头,侧墙外板采用双薄板,并对其进行结构静力和模态分析。

Abstract:The key problems of the high-speed stainless steel passenger car structure were the design of framework junction and the optimal design of sidewall plate because of the stainless steels advantages of high strength,smear-free,maintenance free,strong caustic resistance and using life long,using spot weld technology.The high-speed stainless steel passenger car was studied refer ring to Japan's vehicle techniques.The typical joint junction was adopted to design car framework joint and double sheet plate technology for sidewall.Furthermore the car's static structure and modal analysis were carried out.
