| 摘 要： | 在市场机制下，运输市场中各种运输方式内部及其相互之间正当、有序的竞争，对增强运输企业的竞争优势，调整和改善企业的产业结构和产品结构，促进运输企业的市场开发，具有积极的推动和促进作用；但不良竞争会破坏运输市场的公平、秩序和效率，给运输企业和整个社会造成不可低估的负面影响。本文对此进行了剖析，并提出了自己的几点肤浅看法。

| Abstract: | In the market system,the mutual and ordered competitions among various kinds of transportation modes are of active promotion and a stimulation for strengthening the competitive advantage of enterprise,adjusting and improving the structure of industry and production,promoting marketed expoitation of transport enterprise.But unjust competition would destroy the justice,order and efficiency of transportation market,hence considerable negative effects are evolved to transportation enterprises and the whole society.This paper makes a basic study of this phenomenon. |
