贵广铁路北江特大桥嵌岩100m大直径钻孔桩施工技术

摘    要:贵广铁路(贵阳—广州)北江特大桥主墩桩基础采用直径3.0 m钻孔灌注桩,不仅桩径大,嵌岩最大厚度接近100 m,成孔深度超过120 m,还具有质量要求高,施工风险大,工期紧等特点。根据工程特点,介绍了该钻孔灌注桩的施工技术,包括施工平台及栈桥搭设,成孔设备的配置及成孔技术,钢筋笼制作与安装,水下混凝土灌注等内容,可为同类工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The pile foundation of the main pier in Beijiang super major bridge of Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway uses 3.0 m diameter bored piles,which have the characteristics of large diameter,nearly 100 m maximum thickness of rock-socket,over 120 m drilling depth,high quality requirements,high construction risk,short duration,etc.According to the characteristics of the project,the paper introduces the construction technology of the bored pile,including the construction of platform and trestle bridge,deploying of drilling equipment and drilling technology,production and installation of reinforcement cage,underwater concrete casting etc.,which can provide a reference for other similar projects.
