地铁钢轨波磨引起的扣件病害分析与治理

摘    要:地铁钢轨波磨引起轮轨关系恶化,导致扣件系统损伤,缩短车辆构架和钢轨使用寿命,危及运营安全。针对钢轨波磨引发的扣件弹条断裂问题,选取半径650 m曲线段进行测试。结果表明:该曲线段钢轨存在63 mm典型波长波磨,导致外部能量输入增大,弹条的振动能量及振动幅值过大;弹条与铁垫板在外部激励下接触挤压,长期高能量振动导致弹条损伤并滋生疲劳裂纹,最终导致弹条与铁垫板接触点应力集中以致脆性断裂。根据弹条断裂原因制定了合理的整治措施,并给出了钢轨波磨治理建议。

Abstract:Metro rail corrugation causes deterioration of wheel-rail relationship,leads to damage of fastener system,shortens the service life of vehicle frame and rail,and endangers operation safety.According to the fracture of fastener clip caused by rail corrugation,650 m radius curve section was selected for testing.The results showthat the rail in this curve section has 63 mm typical wavelength corrugation,which leads to the increase of external energy input and the excessive vibration energy and amplitude of the fastener clip,contact extrusion between the fastener clip and the iron cushion plate under external excitation results in damage and fatigue cracks of the fastener clip due to long-term high-energy vibration,which eventually leads to stress concentration at the contact point between the fastener clip and the iron cushion plate and brittle fracture. According to the causes of fastener clip fracture,reasonable remediation measures are formulated,and suggestions for rail corrugation remediation are given.
