高速铁路道岔区无砟轨道冒浆整治技术及效果评价

摘    要:高速道岔作为重要的铁路转线设备,其服役状态直接关系到高速列车的安全性和平稳性,也是影响高速铁路提速的重要因素之一。为确保道岔区无砟轨道在设计年限内安全服役,完善高速铁路道岔区无砟轨道修复技术体系,提出了一种以离缝注浆、防水封闭和排水疏堵相结合的综合技术措施,形成集整治工艺、整治材料和整治装备为一体的道岔区无砟轨道冒浆整治技术。通过对比选用弹性波法无损检测技术作为道岔区无砟轨道冒浆整治效果的评价手段,验证了该整治技术是有效的。

Abstract:As an important railway transfer equipment,the service status of high speed railway turnout is directly relative to the safety and stability of the high speed train,and is also one of the important factors inf luencing the high speed railway speed-up.In order to ensure the operational safety of the ballastless track in turnout zone during the design period and complete the repair technique system of ballastless track in turnout zone,a comprehensive technical measure combining seam grouting,waterproof sealing and drainaging was proposed,and the mud pumping treatment technique for ballastless track in turnout zone was formed,which integrated repairing technique,material and equipment.Also,an elastic wave nondestructive testing technique to evaluate the treatment effect of ballastless track mud pumping was determined by comparison,which verif ied the effectiveness of this treatment technique.
