朔黄铁路大型养路机械配置的优化方案

摘    要:朔黄铁路是我国西煤东运的第二大通道,由于列车密度大、轴重大以及重载组合列车的开行,大型养路机械的合理配置和优化变得日益重要。本文以朔黄铁路现有大型养路机械配置状况、单机和机组作业效率为基础,对机组进行了分析比较;基于现有天窗开设数量和全线路维修量对大型养路机械的配置进行了理论计算,得出了大型养路机械的配置数量和装备标准,提出了大型养路机械优化配置方案和建议,并对5亿t运量下的维修进行了探讨。

Abstract:As the second passageway for coal transport from west to east,Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway has high train density,large axle load and heavy haul combined trains.Therefore,the reasonable deployment and optimization of large maintenance machinery become increasingly important.Based on the existing deployment situation of large maintenance machinery and operation eff iciency of single machinery or machinery group in Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway,this paper analyzed and compared the machinery groups.At the same time,the theoretical calculation on large maintenance machinery deployment was done based on the current number of skywindows and the amount of railway maintenance,hence the deployment numbers and deployment standards of large maintenance machinery were gotten,and some schemes and suggestions were proposed.At last discussion and analysis on maintenance were done based on 500 mt per year.
