高速铁路无砟轨道路基冒浆整治技术

摘    要:立足于排、堵、注一体化设计理念,提出无砟轨道路基冒浆成套整治技术。首先采用聚合物混凝土在线间封闭层上浇筑排水明沟,然后采用硅酮嵌缝材料替换接缝处失效的嵌缝材料,最后采用灌浆材料注浆填充道床与路基层间的离缝。对于道床与路基层间小于10 mm的离缝,采用低黏度聚氨酯灌浆材料垂直注浆填充;对于道床与路基层间大于10 mm的离缝和空洞,采用聚合物改性水泥基灌浆材料侧向注浆填充。细化了排水强化、防水修复和注浆填充的具体施工工艺,对无砟轨道路基冒浆整治提供了有效指导。

Abstract:Based on the design concept ofintegration of drainage,blocking and injection,a complete set of treatment technique of mud-pumping in ballastless track subgrade was put forward.The open drainage ditch was poured by polymer concrete on closed layer between line to line,then the silicone seam material was used to replace the failure seam material at the joint.Finally,the grouting material was used to fill the seam between ballast bed and subgrade.For seam less than 10 mm between slab bed and subgrade,the low viscosity polyurethane grouting material is used to fill by vertical grouting.For seam and void more than 10 mm between slab bed and subgrade,the polymer modified cement mortar grouting material is used to lateral grouting fill.The concrete construction techniques of strengthening drainage,waterproof repair and grouting filling were refined,which provide effective guidance for mud-pumping treatment of ballastless track subgrade.
