辽宁泥质砂岩膨胀特性及水泥改良试验研究

摘    要:为充分利用具有膨胀性的泥质砂岩作为京沈(北京—沈阳)高速铁路路基填料,开展击实试验、颗粒分析试验和膨胀性试验。试验结果表明:泥质砂岩中颗粒粒径小于0.075 mm的细颗粒占比80.7%,细颗粒具有明显的土颗粒黏聚效应,使得泥质砂岩体现出显著的膨胀性;水泥的掺入能够有效地抑制泥质砂岩膨胀性,且能够提高其改良土的抗剪强度,最佳水泥掺量在6%左右,最大干密度和最优含水率分别为1.673 g/cm^3,21.2%。研究成果对辽西地区高速铁路路基填筑施工具有参考价值。

Abstract:In order to make full use of expansive argillaceous sandstone as roadbed filling for Beijing-Shenyang high speed railway the compaction tests particle analysis tests and expansibility tests were carried out.The test results show that the proportion of fine particles which size is less than 0.075 mm in argillaceous sandstone is 80 7%the fine particles have obvious cohesive effect of soil particles which makes the argillaceous sandstone show remarkable expansibility.The addition of cement can effectively inhibit the expansibility of argillaceous sandstone and improve the shear strength of its improved soil.The optimum cement content is about 6%and the maximum dry density and the optimum moisture content are 1 673 g/cm3 and 21 2%respectively.The research results have reference value for the roadbed filling construction of high speed railway in western Liaoning.
