摘    要:国内的物料运输车物料传输主要依靠人工监测与控制,极易造成料仓欠载、偏载或超载,尤其是在扬尘等恶劣施工环境下,操作人员到车顶观测料位既不安全又不能对物料状态进行可靠监测与控制。针对该问题,设计了一套物料运输车物料自动化传输系统。利用超声波传感技术和ZigBee(无线网络数据通信技术),设计了物料状态监测和控制方案。经试验,该系统可将物料欠载、偏载和超载控制在规定的精度范围内,实现物料自动化传输。

Abstract:Domestic material transport vehicles for material transfer mainly rely on manual monitoring and control,which can easily cause warehouse under-load,unbalanced load or overload. Especially in the harsh construction environment such as dust raising,it is not safe for operators to observe the material level on the vehicle roof,nor can they reliably monitor and control the material status.For this problem,a set of material automatic transmission system of material transport vehicle was designed.The material status monitoring and control scheme was designed by using the ultrasonic sensing technology and ZigBee( wireless network data communication technology). Experimental research shows that the system can control the material under-load,unbalanced load and overload within the specif ied precision range,and realize the automatic transmission of materials.
