摘    要:广东省佛山市思贤窖特大桥主桥桥墩深水基础采用了钢板桩围堰的施工方法,在确定施工总体思路和施工顺序的基础上,对钢板桩围堰进行了设计和检算。在确定钢板桩围堰尺寸和使用材料后,依据施工过程确定计算工况,并对结构强度和稳定性进行检算。其中采用ANSYS和MIDAS软件分别模拟计算围堰结构的整体受力情况和围檩与支撑构件的受力状况。由于目前采用的检算方法可能存在较大偏差,存在不安全因素,所以施工过程中对钢板桩围堰状态进行了监测,且复核计算采用了竖向弹性地基梁法,确保了施工安全。

Abstract:Deep-water foundation of the main bridge pier in Guangdong Foshan Sixianjiao Bridge used the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction.Based on the overall construction plan and construction sequence,this paper designed and calculated the steel sheet pile cofferdam,checked the structure strength and stability,and determined the working conditions according to the construction process after the dimension and materials of the steel sheet pile cofferdam are decided.The ANSYS and MIDAS software are respectively employed to simulate the overall force analysis of cofferdam structure and force condition of wale and brace members.Since there are computational deviations in the existing checking calculation method which may lead to unsafe factors,the monitoring of steel sheet pile cofferdam was carried out in the construction process,and the vertical elastic foundation beam method was applied in checking calculation,which can ensure construction safety.
