Abstract:Under the action of solar radiation,the temperature distribution of high speed maglev concrete track girder is uneven,which is easy to cause girder deformation and cracking,and affect the driving safety. Based on the climatic conditions in Pudong area of Shanghai City,the temperature distribution laws of high speed maglev concrete track box girder under solar radiation were studied. Firstly,based on the theory of solid heat transfer and fluid heat transfer,the solar radiation value in Pudong area was calculated,then the finite element model of concrete track box girder was established. The overall temperature distribution of track girder was calculated on the premise of considering the heat transfer effect of air in the box girder. The results show that under the long-term high temperature environment in summer,the air temperature in the inner cavity of the box girder will rise to the highest value of the external ambient temperature,and the overall average temperature of the box girder will be higher than the external ambient temperature.The transverse and vertical temperature gradients of the box girder change obviously at the junction of the internal cavity and the concrete. The overall temperature difference of box girder is smaller than the temperature difference limit in Chinese specifications.
