摘    要:针对装配式预应力锚索框架结构这种新型边坡加固结构,通过数值仿真、理论推导、现场试验等手段,阐明了装配式锚索框架结构加固边坡的作用机制.与现浇梁相比,预制梁在边坡安全系数、梁体自身挠曲变形、梁体结构受力等方面均有明显提升与改善.考虑装配式框架梁承受水平预应力及拉压双层配筋特点,建立了基于Winkler弹性地基上Timos...

Design and Construction Key Technology of Prefabricated Prestressed Anchor Cable Frame Structure

Abstract:In view of the prefabricated prestressed anchor cable frame structure,a new type of slope reinforcement structure,the action mechanism of prefabricated anchor cable frame structure for slope reinforcement was clarified by means of numerical simulation,theoretical derivation and field test.Compared with the cast-in-place beam,the precast beam has obvious improvement in the safety factor of slope,the deflection deformation of the beam itself,and the stress of the beam structure etc.Considering the characteristics of prefabricated frame beam bearing horizontal prestress and tension compression double-layer reinforcement,the theoretical analytical solution of Timoshenko beam on Winkler elastic foundation was established,and the design method of prefabricated anchor cable frame structure was formed.The construction technology of precast beam fabrication,precast beam hoisting and backing leveling has been developed,and the key technology of prefabricated construction has been preliminarily formed.The research results can provide efficient solutions for slope reinforcement in difficult and complex mountainous areas and support the intelligent upgrading of high railway foundation slope protection.
