捣固车前端轨道偏差自动测量技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种适用于临时维修作业捣固车的前端轨道偏差自动测量技术方案,测量系统采用惯性导航系统测量原理,结合智能化、集成化测控技术,搭载于捣固车上同步进出作业区间。利用测量系统在捣固车作业前后对施工区段进行轨道几何参数测量与数据处理,指导捣固车精细化作业的同时,保证捣固与测量同步,有效解决传统模式存在的人工上道频繁、效率低、劳动强度大等问题。选取试验线进行快速且多次测量,自动计算获取轨向、高低、轨距、超高、高程等轨道几何参数,且各参数重复性偏差均达到指标要求。

Abstract:This paper presented a scheme of automatic measurement technology for front track deviation of tamping machine for temporary maintenance work.The measurement system adopts the measurement principle of inertial navigation system and the intelligent and integrated measurement and control technology,which is carried on the tamping machine to enter and leave the working area synchronously.The measurement system was used to measure the track geometric parameters and process the data of the construction section before and after the tamping machine operation to guide the fine operation of the tamping machine,ensure the synchronization of tamping and measurement,and effectively solve the problems of frequent manual access,low efficiency and high labor intensity existing in the traditional mode.The test line was selected for rapid and multiple measurements,the track geometric parameters,such as track direction,height,track gauge,superelevation,elevation,etc.,will be calculated and obtained automatically,and the repeatability deviation of each parameter could meet the index requirements.
