客货共线32 m简支箱梁修订设计的经济性分析

以客货共线32 m双线简支梁为例,介绍了新版客货共线箱梁的设计修订内容,并开展了简支箱梁与简支T梁的经济性对比分析。对比了梁体主要工程用量、工程造价、运维成本及100年全寿命周期成本,发现简支箱梁的工程造价不高于简支T梁,运维成本低于简支T梁,考虑100年的全寿命周期成本比简支T梁低27%左右。以沪通铁路和青连铁路为例,对比分析了简支箱梁方案与简支T梁方案的工程建设概算,可知采用简支箱梁节省了工程建设成本并缩短了建设工期。

Economic Analysis on Revised Design of 32 m Simply Supported Box Girder on Mixed Passenger and Freight Railway

Taking the 32 m double-track simply supported girder on mixed passenger and freight railway as an example,the revised design contents of the new version of the box girder of mixed passenger and freight railway were introduced,the economic comparison between the simply supported box girder and the simply supported T girder was carried out.Compared with the main engineering consumption,construction cost,operation and maintenance cost and 100 year life cycle cost of the girder,it is found that the construction cost of simply supported box girder is not higher than that of simply supported T girder,and the operation and maintenance cost is lower than that of simply supported T girder.Considering that the 100 year life cycle cost is about 27%lower than that of simply supported T girder.Taking Shanghai-Nantong railway and Qingdao-Yancheng railway as examples,the project construction budget of simple supported box girder scheme and simple supported T-girder scheme was compared and analyzed.It is found that the simple supported box girder joint saves the project construction cost and shortens the construction period.
