摘    要:钢桥明桥面的木枕存在品质下降、防腐处理不彻底等问题,导致其使用性能和寿命日趋下降,制约了运营速度、轴重和运量的提高。本文介绍了一种复合材料合成轨枕,从合成轨枕本身及其在钢桥上的安装和受力等方面进行分析,讨论合成轨枕在钢桥明桥面上使用的可行性。结果表明,复合材料合成轨枕强度指标均远优于木枕,可进行量化指标检验;在满足明桥面使用要求的前提下,复合材料合成轨枕的应力还有较大富余,截面尺寸可调整空间大。

Abstract:The quality of wood sleepers on the open deck of steel bridge is declining and the anti-corrosion treatment is not thorough,which leads to the decline of their service performance and service life,and restricts the improvement of operation speed,axle load and traffic volume.A kind of composite sleeper was introduced in this paper,the composite sleeper and its installation and stress on the steel bridge were analyzed,and the feasibility of using the composite sleeper on the open deck of steel bridge was discussed.The results show that the strength indexes of composite sleepers are much better than those of wood sleepers,which can be tested by quantitative indexes.On the premise of meeting the requirements of the use of open deck,the stress of composite sleepers has a large margin,and the section size can be adjusted in a large space.
