钢筋混凝土梁疲劳性能的有限元分析

摘    要:为研究钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能发展及其影响因素,本文采用数值模拟方法,利用有限元软件ABAQUS分析钢筋混凝土梁的静力弯曲性能,结合疲劳计算软件FE-SAFE对梁结构的疲劳性发展过程进行研究,探讨了混凝土强度、纵向钢筋配筋率、疲劳荷载水平等主要因素对钢筋混凝土梁抗弯疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳寿命随着混凝土强度的增加而增大,但超过一定范围后梁的疲劳寿命提高幅度有所降低;梁的疲劳性能受荷载水平影响较大,疲劳寿命随荷载水平的提高显著降低;较高的配筋率可以提高受拉区混凝土的塑化效应,从而提高钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:In order to study the fatigue performance of reinforced concrete girders and the influencing factors of fatigue performance,the finite element software ABAQUS were used to analyze the static flexural performance of reinforced concrete girders in this article based on the numerical simulation method,the fatigue development process of girders were studied combined with the fatigue calculation software FE-SAFE,the influence of concrete strength,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,fatigue load level and other main factors on the flexural fatigue life of reinforced concrete girders were discussed.The results show that the fatigue life of reinforced concrete girders increase with the increase of concrete strength within a certain range,and the increase of fatigue life decreases when the increase of concrete strength beyond this range.The fatigue performance of girder is greatly affected by the load level,and the fatigue life decreases significantly with the increase of the load level.The higher reinforcement ratio can improve the plasticizing effect of concrete in tension zone,thus improve the fatigue life of reinforced concrete girder.
