大准铁路快速相控阵钢轨探伤技术研究

摘    要:随着大准铁路运量逐年增加,钢轨伤损数量增多,种类复杂化,危及铁路行车安全。目前大准铁路钢轨探伤主要采用手推式探伤仪,效率低,成本高。近年来国内各铁路企业逐渐引进国外大型钢轨探伤车,取得了一定的使用效果,但受对中不良等因素制约,核伤漏检率高,无法适应国内重载铁路钢轨探伤需求。本文基于国际先进的快速相控阵技术,提出一种相控阵超声波探头布局方式,在高速、高效检测前提下,可较好兼容不同轨型或不同打磨量钢轨,有效克服了对中不良等问题对检测的影响,提升了钢轨缺陷尤其是轨头核伤的检出率,节省了探伤成本。

Abstract:With the increase of freight volume of Datong-Zhungeer railway,the number of rail defects increases and the types are complicated,which endangers railway safety.At present,the rail inspection relies mainly on manual handpush detector,inefficiently and costly.In recent years,domestic railway enterprises have gradually introduced foreign large-scale rail inspection trains and achieved certain results.However,due to adverse factors such as misalignment,the missed detection rate of rail head transverse cracks is high,which can not reach the demand of heavy haul lines.Then,based on the advanced fast phased array technology in the world,this paper proposed a phased array ultrasonic probe layout manner.Under the premise of high speed and high efficiency detection,the scheme can be used for different rail types or different rail grinding amount,effectively overcomes the impact of problems such as poor alignment on detection,and improves the detection rate of rail defects,especially for rail head transverse cracks,and greatly saves the cost of rail inspection.
